Steven Harper, BSEE, MBA

Steven Harper is the founder and President/CEO of Spectrum Building Services of America, a thriving enterprise he established nearly 25 years ago following an accomplished corporate career. Prior to launching Spectrum, Steven held executive-level positions at several Fortune 500 organizations, including Disney, FedEx, Capital One, Boeing, and Gateway Computers, where he developed deep expertise in strategic planning, operations management, and financial leadership. 

Steven earned an MBA in Finance from UCLA Anderson Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from California State University, Long Beach, and is currently pursuing a Juris Doctorate.degree. 

Driven by a passion to create a company that blends the best practices of leading global corporations with the agility and innovation of an entrepreneurial environment, Steven founded Spectrum.
