My background includes business development, marketing strategy, team leadership, and daily operational oversight across healthcare, manufacturing, education, and government facilities. I previously served as General Manager of a franchise-model facility management company, overseeing multi-site operations and client relationships. I currently serve as Director of Business Partnerships at MCS Building Solutions, where I lead marketing and sales efforts to drive growth. MCS has a 40-year legacy as a trusted commercial cleaning provider in Northeast Ohio.
