Glenn Hugo

Until August 2025, Glenn was a regional manager with MRP Real Estate Services Group, LLC, in Washington, DC, with responsibility and leadership for management of 17 assets totaling 4.2 million square feet with a team of 32 real estate professionals. In his role as regional manager, Glenn identifies opportunities to improve the operating efficiencies of the assets in the portfolio, as well as mentoring his property managers and engineering teams on emerging technologies and practices. His focus on customer service and forging strong relationships with the vendor partners, was instrumental in launching the Heyday platform within MRP, with a focus on a curated experience in the building for the tenants. Glenn is currently a commercial real estate consulting, advising property managers, and service providers on how to develop and implement meaningful platforms to enhance the tenant experience, make better use of the property management team’s time, and ensure interests are aligned.
