Jeff Kenton

Jeff Kenton is Vice President and General Manager, North America, Institutional Solutions for Diversey Inc. (a Solenis company). He brings more than 30 years of global leadership experience across the specialty chemicals and distribution industries, with a strong track record of advancing strategic initiatives, driving profitable growth, and strengthening market presence through innovation, operational excellence, and deep customer focus. Jeff is based at Solenis’ corporate headquarters in Wilmington, Delaware.

Prior to joining Solenis, Jeff built a distinguished career in the chemical and distribution sectors. Most recently, he served as President of Acme‑Hardesty Co., a leading distributor in the oleochemicals market, where he successfully led the business through continued growth and market expansion. Before Acme‑Hardesty, Jeff was President of Brenntag Specialties, Inc., and earlier held multiple senior leadership roles at Ashland Inc., including Group Vice President of Energy Specialties & Emerging Markets and Group Vice President of Channel Management & Emerging Markets. During his tenure at Ashland, he also served as a regional leader for Ashland Specialty Ingredients, overseeing operations across Latin America, the Middle East, Africa, and Eastern Europe.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Ursinus College.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Jeff is deeply committed to community and service. He serves on several non‑profit boards in the New York and Philadelphia regions and is also a part‑time preacher. Jeff and his wife, Stefanie, reside in Wilmington, Delaware, and enjoy ballroom dancing, traveling, and golf. An avid reader, Jeff is also the proud father of three grown children.
