LeRoy Dock, CBSE began his career in the building service industry in the 70’s as a part-time restroom cleaner. His inner strength, management style, dedication and expertise have helped him develop over his years in the business. He is currently the General Manager at Bolana Enterprises, Inc. LeRoy is a past president of the Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI) in 2004 and was appointed to the World Federation of Building Service Contractors (WFBSC) Board of Directors in 2006. He received the BSCAI “Walter L. Cook Award” for Distinguished Service and also received the BSCAI Outstanding Chairperson Award. He is also a past president of the Capitol Association of Building Service Contractors (CABSC). He is a co-founder of H.O.P.E., Inc., which is a community-based nonprofit organization that provided transitional housing for homeless individuals and helped launch their Veteran’s Transitional Housing Program in 2016. LeRoy believes in teaching, developing and helping people whenever he can. He lives by his belief that “if he can help somebody as he travels through his life then his living will not be in vain.” LeRoy and Valarie, his wife and business partner, enjoy traveling and playing golf together. Their goal in 2025 is to have Bolana become an “ESOP” so all Team Members will become owners in the company they helped build.
