Over the past four years, I’ve successfully overseen company operations during a period of significant expansion—contributing to a 60% increase in revenue. In my role, I manage daily operational strategies, guide area managers, and ensure our teams consistently meet and exceed client expectations. 

I pride myself on being a motivational leader and great communicator. I’m goal-oriented, hold myself and others accountable, and am committed to building lasting relationships with our account contacts. My approach stems from relationship building and motivation, which has helped maintain a strong company culture and a focus on operational success.
