Peter has over 30 years of experience in the facility services industry. He started his career as a nightly janitor for ABM and was promoted to various management roles over the years. After 20 years with ABM, Pete joined Marsden as the Vice President of Franchise Operations. Marsden is an integrated facility services provider operating across the United States. It offers cleaning, security, mechanical maintenance, emergency response, and other facility services.
During his time with Marsden, Pete has held numerous leadership roles and currently serves as President of Customer Service & Enterprise Service Delivery. Pete’s expertise includes multi-unit P&L analysis and expense management, sales leadership, employee engagement, change management, expansion and new market development, concept branding and marketing, acquisition integration, franchise development and relations, contract negotiations, and national account management.
In addition to Pete’s BSCAI certifications, he is also a Certified Franchise Executive and a Certified Hospital Environmental Service Professional, and holds a certification in franchise management from Georgetown University. Pete has a BA from Louisiana Baptist University and an MBA in Strategic Leadership from Messiah University, and he is currently pursuing a DBA at Grand Canyon University. Pete is married with three adult children and five grandchildren. Pete enjoys golfing, fishing, and is an amateur coffee roaster.
