Series A, B, and C tickets to Contracting Success guarantee you the same access to event and the ISSA Tradeshow. Don't wait, there are only 200 Series A and 200 Series B tickets available at the discounted rates and once they are gone, they are gone. Attendees with Series A or B tickets are guaranteed a special registration bag upon their arrival at Contracting Success.

Associate Member Attendance

*Associate members are Manufacturer, Distributor, Consultant, or Service Provider companies and individuals whose customers are building service contractors, in-house professionals, residential cleaners, maintenance professionals, etc.

All Contracting Success registrations include access to the ISSA Tradeshow. The ISSA All-Access Pass offers over 170 sessions and events during ISSA Show North America, November 17-21 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center. Please refer to the ISSA Show North America schedule for more information and ISSA All-Access Pass registration.

Bidding and Estimating Seminar 101-Level

The Bidding and Estimating 101-Level Seminar (Monday, November 18, 8 - 11:30 a.m. local time) is a seminar designed for leaders and sales professionals (<5 Years Experience) ready to make the leap from residential and specialty cleaning clients to commercial janitorial customers. This 101-level seminar is for individuals to Learn a step-by-step approach for pricing janitorial services for a commercial building. Highlights of the session include:

  • Strategies for determining the time it takes to perform specific cleaning tasks. 
  • Best practices for using this information to determine the labor requirements (Micro & Macro) necessary to perform the work set forth in the janitorial specification. 
  • Understanding and computing industry norms of cost factors to determine pricing (Labor Burden, Overhead, Supplies, Equipment & Most importantly, PROFIT)

This seminar is an additional registration cost and does not come included in the one-day pass or full Contracting Success (CS24) pass.

Bidding and Estimating Seminar 201-Level

The Bidding and Estimating 201-Level Seminar (Monday, November 18, 12 - 4:30 p.m. local time) is a seminar designed for anyone looking to level-up their best practices on business and take their skills to the next level. This 201-level seminar is for individuals who are operation managers, branch managers and/or small business owners. This seminar will help you with more complex facilities and projects developing skills including applying production rates, APPA standards, production rates, workloading, job costing, and much more.

This seminar is an additional registration cost and does not come included in the one-day pass or full Contracting Success (CS24) pass.

Plateaus of Growth Seminar 

*Cost: $245 for members and $499 for non-members 

The Plateaus of Growth Seminar (Monday, November 18, 2 - 6 p.m. local time) is a seminar designed for anyone looking to grow their business (by $1M or $5M or even $10M) and take it to the next level. This seminar, brought to you by BSC industry professionals, will demonstrate a step-by-step guide to managing your company’s growth. This seminar will go in-depth on your company’s growth and how to expand within the build services industry.

This seminar is an additional registration cost and does not come included in the one-day pass or full Contracting Success (CS24) pass.

ISSA BSC Night Shift Networking^

This event is located at at The Foundation Room (inside Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino). 

Please note, this is a Building Service Contractor only event and is limited to one (1) ticket per registrant. 

Registration Policies: 

By registering for conference you have agreed to the terms and conditions and the cancellation policy. BSCAI must receive all cancellations in writing via e-mail at registration@bscai.org. Cancellations received by Friday, September 20, 2024 are subject to a $95 processing fee per registrant. No refunds, under any circumstance, can be issued for cancellations received after Friday, September 20, 2024.

Registrants may also transfer their registration to another individual for no additional fee at any time by notifying registration@bscai.org.
