Mr. Hales provides both strategic and tactical support to CBRE’s client account teams supporting janitorial services globally. This includes solutioning new opportunities, ensuring that best-in-class programs and strategies are implemented throughout the CBRE organization, partnering with qualified Strategic & Preferred janitorial suppliers to ensure they achieve CBRE’s goals relative to superior client outcomes, cost-savings, ESG, DE&I as well as Risk & Safety. Mr. Hales has an undergraduate degree in Finance and a M.A. in Organizational Studies.
