BSCAI is aware of the Formula 1 race that is taking place in Las Vegas following Contracting Success. In order to ensure the best experience for our attendees BSCAI has adjusted the schedule so that Contracting Success begins on Tuesday, November 19, and concludes Thursday, November 21.
*Please note that BSCAI will be confirming that anyone who has booked into the BSCAI housing block is registered for Contracting Success. Please ensure you register for the event prior to booking your hotel room.

Cut-off Date
The deadline to secure the discounted rate for Contracting Success attendees at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino has passed. Rooms are now available based on the hotel's current availability and standard rates.

Deposit
Hotel will require a deposit equal to the room, tax, and resort fee for the first night at the time of booking. Room must be cancelled at least 72 hours prior arrival to avoid cancellation penalty of first night’s room rate and tax.
Room Capacity
There is an additional charge of $30 per night, per occupant above two per room, regardless of age.
