We are excited to share that the BSCAI housing block is now open! Rooms can be booked through this room block at a discounted rate for conference attendees.

BSCAI is aware of the Formula 1 race that is taking place in Las Vegas following Contracting Success. In order to ensure the best experience for our attendees BSCAI has adjusted the schedule so that Contracting Success begins on Tuesday, November 19, and concludes Thursday, November 21. 

*Please note that BSCAI will be confirming that anyone who has booked into the BSCAI housing block is registered for Contracting Success. Please ensure you register for the event prior to booking your hotel room.

Standard Room Rate for Single/Double Occupancy

Room Rate: $245.00 ++
Resort Fee: $45.00/Night (flat fee per day)
Room Rate (inclusive of resort fee and tax): $322.78/Night

Resort Fee gives you access to property wide wi-fi, access to the gym/cardio room, and unlimited toll free and local calls.

Upgraded rooms are available. These rooms have limited availability for an additional upgrade charge and can be viewed and reserved through the housing link. BSCAI’s group rate will be available until the cut-off date of Wednesday, October 9, 2024, or when the room block sells out (whichever comes first). Please book early to ensure you secure your desired room type.

PLEASE NOTE: Once you access, it is important that you modify the dates in order for the room block to appear. 

Cut-off Date

Wednesday, October 9, 2024. Please reserve prior to this date in order to apply for this special group rate. (Based on availability after the cutoff date) Room rates may apply 3 days before the event subject to availability. If you would like to extend outside of these dates, you may do so by directly contacting the hotel for the prevailing rates. 

Deposit

Hotel will require a deposit equal to the room, tax, and resort fee for the first night at the time of booking. Room must be cancelled at least 72 hours prior arrival to avoid cancellation penalty of first night’s room rate and tax.

Room Capacity

There is an additional charge of $30 per night, per occupant above two per room, regardless of age.
